Hallmark Sundecks is a caravan and holiday home decking company based in Burgh le Marsh, near Skegness, with a second office in Brandesburton, East Yorkshire. We’ve installed more than 5,000 decks since 1995, many in holiday parks around Skegness and Ingoldmells.
We design each sundeck, cut the boards to size in our own workshop and install it with our own fitters. Where your holiday home is on a park, we get approval from the park management before work starts.

How it works —
A surveyor visits to talk through the shape, size, colours and materials of your deck, and plans the groundwork.
If your holiday home is on a park, we get approval from the park management and make sure the design meets park rules.
Once you’re happy with the design, we send a quote. A 30% deposit secures a start date that suits you.
Boards are cut to size in our workshop. Our team fits the subframe, posts, balustrades, steps and decking.
The remaining balance is due once your sundeck installation is complete.

Yes. You can choose the decking and balustrade styles and colours, post caps, gates, skirting and lighting. Our team will talk you through the options and explain the benefits of each.
It depends where your static caravan is. Holiday parks usually require permission and may only allow approved installers. If your holiday home is on a park, we get approval from the park management before any design is confirmed. If it isn’t on a park, we’ll talk you through any local planning requirements.
We use uPVC, PVC and composite decking rather than timber — including Premium EXCEL Polymer, Premium ECO Polymer, composite boards and Millboard. Our composite boards are a 60% wood and 40% polymer mix, double-sided with a traditional lined face and a wood-grain side.
Every project starts with a survey and design consultation. On a holiday park we then get park approval. After you accept the quote and pay a 30% deposit, we agree a start date with you. The boards are cut to size in our workshop and our own team installs the deck.
Each sundeck comes with a 12-month installation guarantee and a 10-year limited warranty. Second-hand decking comes with no warranty.
Decking can help increase or maintain the value of your caravan when you sell privately, as the deck is factored into the price. If you sell to a caravan trader, the decking usually isn’t valued, because it can’t be moved.
Yes. Our composite decking installations can hold a hot tub. We can design a recessed or surface-mounted hot tub and build a supporting structure within the deck so the tub sits correctly. We also supply and install hot tubs.
uPVC, PVC and composite decking resist rot and won’t splinter or crack with moisture, unlike timber. Composite boards can warp if they’re installed without the right expansion gaps, which is why every deck is fitted by our own team and covered by our installation guarantee.
Skirting improves the look of your holiday home and helps insulate the underside, reducing the chance of frozen pipes in winter. Access hatches for your drain-down taps are included, and you can add an extra hatch to use the space underneath as storage.
