Each board is designed to give a premium appearance and is engineered for many years of use, with excellent weatherability and slip resistance.

A 100% polymer board produced with an advanced engineering-grade thermoplastic cap layer, giving exceptional weatherability.
Multi-colour processing technology and a dual wood-grain pattern give excellent slip resistance and a distinctive natural appearance.

A 100% polymer board with double credentials. It uses higher levels of recycled material and a more efficient high-grade cap layer.
The result is excellent weatherability and slip resistance, with a greener recycled element.

We offer two Millboard ranges: Enhanced Oak, which recreates the look of prime oak, and Weathered Oak, which keeps the character of aged oak. Both come in a range of colours.

Build your sundeck —
Every Hallmark deck can be finished with balustrades, steps, gates, skirting and lighting to suit your holiday home or garden.
How it works —
A surveyor visits to talk through the shape, size, colours and materials of your deck, and plans the groundwork.
If your holiday home is on a park, we get approval from the park management and make sure the design meets park rules.
Once you’re happy with the design, we send a quote. A 30% deposit secures a start date that suits you.
Boards are cut to size in our workshop. Our team fits the subframe, posts, balustrades, steps and decking.
The remaining balance is due once your sundeck installation is complete.

Instead of timber, we use uPVC, PVC and composite decking boards. Our ranges include Premium EXCEL Polymer, Premium ECO Polymer, composite boards and Millboard, in a choice of colours, thicknesses and finishes.
Composite decking contains wood fibres, plastics and bonding agents. Our composite boards are a 60% wood and 40% polymer mix, double-sided with a traditional lined face and a wood-grain patterned side.
Both Premium EXCEL Polymer and Premium ECO Polymer boards are 180mm × 35mm.
Premium EXCEL Polymer comes in Antique, Woodland Green, Driftwood and Tawny. Premium ECO Polymer comes in Beige, Cream and Painswick Grey. Millboard is available in the Enhanced Oak and Weathered Oak ranges, each with a choice of colours.
Both are 100% polymer boards. EXCEL has an engineering-grade thermoplastic cap layer and a dual wood-grain pattern. ECO uses higher levels of recycled material with a more efficient high-grade cap layer, giving it a greener recycled element.
Timber decking slowly degrades and rots over time. uPVC, PVC and composite decking resist rot and don’t splinter or crack when exposed to moisture.
Incorrectly installed composite decking can warp — for example, if it touches a fixed surface or the gaps between boards are too small to allow for expansion. Every Hallmark deck is fitted by our own team and comes with a 12-month installation guarantee and 10-year limited warranty.
The grooves are a structural feature. Boards should be laid ridge side down, so air can flow, moisture doesn’t sit in the ridges and the structure is stronger. This helps the deck drain and dry, making it less slippery.
Yes. Our composite decking installations can hold a hot tub. We can design a recessed or surface-mounted hot tub and build a supporting structure within the deck.
Yes. We install Millboard decking boards in the Enhanced Oak and Weathered Oak ranges.
